Our optometrists

Introducing our friendly, experienced and highly qualified optometrists at UFS Eye Care...

Luke Farquhar

Luke Farquhar is a dedicated optometrist with a deep connection to the Ballarat community. Growing up locally, Luke developed a strong appreciation for helping others and a passion for eye health. After completing his studies at Deakin University and graduating in 2015, he returned to Ballarat and has been providing exceptional eye care to his hometown for nearly 10 years.

With years of experience and a genuine commitment to his patients, Luke is known for his friendly, thorough approach to eye care. Whether it's diagnosing common eye conditions, finding the perfect pair of glasses, or helping patients protect their vision, Luke ensures every visit is as informative and comfortable as possible.

Outside of the clinic, Luke enjoys quality time with his wife and kids, unwinding with fishing trips, and cheering on the Geelong Football Club.

Luke sees patients at both Lucas and Sturt Street UFS Eye Care.
