As of December, 2024, a new vaccine variant, the Pfizer Comirnaty JN.1 (also referred to as JN.1) is being rolled out to UFS pharmacies. The XBB 1.5 will continue to be available in our pharmacies until the JN.1 vaccine is available.
Please note: if you have had COVID-19 recently, you need to wait for six months after infection to receive the booster vaccine
Vaccinations are administered by an immunisation accredited pharmacist or nurse. If you have any concerns, or if you have a complex medical history, we encourage you to speak to your GP prior to making an appointment.
Some pharmacies require appointments to be booked while others are able to accept walk-ins. We recommend making an appointment to ensure you are able to receive your vaccination. Please visit the Pharmacy Bookings page to make your appointment.
