We’re committed to offering our customers an unmatched experience and for this reason, we won’t be beaten on price. If you find the same eyewear at a lower price elsewhere, simply provide us with your quote, and we’ll match it*.
30-day frame satisfaction guarantee
If you're not completely happy with your new frames for any reason, return them undamaged within 30 days for an exchange of equal value^.
90-day prescription lens guarantee
If you had your eye test at UFS Eye Care and experience any issues with your prescription within 90 days of purchase, we’ll exchange your lenses at no extra cost**.
Two year repair or replacement
Exclusive to UFS members, if your frames break due to a product defect within the first two years, we’ll repair or replace them free of charge^^.
Free cleaning and adjustment
Our Value+ Eyewear Maintenance Program gives you access to a complimentary check-up of your glasses for professional cleaning or adjustments— every six months for two years#.
Terms & conditions
*Price match guarantee:
- The competitor’s quote must be for the identical product (brand, model, size, and colour) and must be ranged at UFS Eye Care.
- We reserve the right to not sell below our cost price.
- The competitor must be based in Australia.
- We do not apply the price match guarantee to retailers who sell exclusively online.
- This does not apply to safety glasses, contact lenses, or optometry services.
^30-day frame satisfaction guarantee:
- Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase for one exchange only.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The replacement frame may be of equal or lesser value. If a higher-value frame is chosen, the price difference will be payable.
**90-day prescription lens guarantee:
- Valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Not applicable to lenses from external optometrists.
- Replacement lenses may be of equal or lesser value; if a higher-value lens is chosen, the difference is payable.
^^Two year repair or replacement:
- Our products are covered by guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- If the original frame is unavailable, a replacement frame of equal or lesser value may be offered.
- If your frame requires replacement or repair, existing lenses will be used in the new frame.
- The two year replacement period applies only to the first frame purchased.
- UFS membership is required at the time of purchase of the frames to access the two year repair or replacement frame guarantee.

- UFS membership is required to access the Value+ Eyewear Maintenance Program. UFS members gain access automatically upon purchasing a new pair of glasses (frames and lenses).
