Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer AfterPay, allowing you to pay in instalments, with no interest or fees when payments are made on time.
We also accept DVA Gold cards and offer CDBS bulk billing for eligible children.
When is payment required?
Payment is required on the day of treatment and is accepted in the form of cash, cheque and EFTPOS/credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex).
We are able to electronically claim your rebates with our convenient HICAPS claim system, so all you have to pay is the gap amount.
What do I do during a dental emergency?
If you have a dental emergency, we suggest you call us immediately. We have time set aside each day for those in urgent need.
