Returns Policy
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.Please read this returns policy carefully to ensure you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from us if you are not happy with your purchase.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees to ensure consumers get what they pay for. These guarantees include:
- Goods are of acceptable quality
- Goods are fit for purpose
- Goods match the description
- Good are safe to use
Products that do not meet the above criteria are eligible for a refund or exchange (customer’s choice). A valid proof of purchase must be presented to receive a refund or exchange.
Change of mind returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund provided that:
- The items are returned within 14 days of purchase
- You can show your original receipt or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the items
- The items have not been used or damaged in any way including that:
- They are in their original packaging including manuals, pamphlets and all accessories; and/or
- They are unopened, unused and in their original saleable condition;
- The items are not in the list of categories ineligible for a change of mind return (see below).
Unfortunately, due to their nature and use, items in the following categories are not eligible for change of mind returns:
- Scheduled items/medicines (prescribed or over the counter)
- Baby formula
- Fragrances
- Cosmetics and make up
- Vitamin supplements
- Pierced jewellery
- Consumable products (e.g. food and drinks)
- Garments and compression stockings
- Special customer orders
- Gift vouchers
Where an item is eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method. To facilitate a smooth process, please visit the location where the goods were purchased from.
Please note: from 13 May, 2025, until the end of June, 2025, goods being returned will need to be returned to the UFS Pharmacy from which they were originally purchased. During this period our staff will be unable to check members' transaction history at other UFS pharmacies.
