Pharmacy Assistant

UFS Healthcare is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant on a full time basis. This is a roving role, which means the successful candidate will work across all of our Ballarat & Surrounding Pharmacies.

  • operate Supercare Nursing Services across Victoria, providing after-hours nursing services to the communities we serve.

The role
Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm

Your responsibilities will include

  • Assisting customers with general queries
  • Processing sales
  • Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
  • Keeping up general cleanliness of the store
  • Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
  • Assisting in the dispensary with scripts in/out

About you

Mandatory

  • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant
  • Completed S2/S3 or Certificate 3 in Community Pharmacy
  • Own transport to be able to work across various locations
  • Full time availability
  • Excellent customer service
  • Passion for healthcare and the community
  • Excellent communication
  • Demonstrated integrity, and commitment to the purpose and guiding principles of UFS.
