UFS Healthcare is seeking an experienced People & Culture Administrator to join our team!

  • operate 19 pharmacies across the western region of Victoria delivering health services beyond dispensing
  • offer a range of services through our three medical centres
  • provide non-emergency medical care, free of charge to our local community through the Ballarat Priority Primary Care Centre (PPCC)
  • operate Supercare Nursing Services across Victoria, providing after-hours nursing services to the communities we serve.

The role

Part Time 20 hours per week - either 3 full days or 5 half days. Maternity leave 12 month contract. Based at the UFS Head Office, 206 Armstrong St North, Ballarat.

The People and Culture Business Administrator is the first key contact point for managers and coordinators seeking People & Culture advice. They provide general administration support to the People & Culture team and assist to support employees across their entire employment lifecycle.

About you

Mandatory

  • Experience in an administration position within a medium to large organisation
  • Previous experience building strong relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Confidence to answer phones and take inquiries
  • Good computer literacy
  • Good attention to detail
  • Demonstrated integrity, and commitment to the purpose and guiding principles of UFS.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in a People & Culture department 
  • Experience using HRMS software
  • Business Administration or Human Resources Qualification
