Medical Call Centre Lead

UFS Healthcare is seeking an exceptional leader to lead the team in our dedicated Phone Hub, located at UFS Sebastopol Medical Centre in Ballarat. This Phone Hub manages incoming calls for our Medical Centres.

The role
Full time shifts from Monday to Friday. Located in Sebastopol.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Lead and manage the Phone Hub team
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance to agreed standards, guidelines, and procedures
  • Manage rostering and reporting
  • Support with answering calls
  • Assisting patients
  • Oversee all other functions of the Phone Hub including administrative tasks

About you

Mandatory

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience leading a small team
  • Previous experience in the medical industry
  • Highly organised
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated integrity, and commitment to the purpose and guiding principles of UFS.

Desirable
  • A sound understanding of the general practice sector
